From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the design and cleanliness of the hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, such as providing lactose-free options for my wife. the bed in the Queen studio was the most comfortable I've experienced in Britain, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, such as the huge, white, fluffy towels in the spotless bathroom. the location of the hotel was convenient, with several dining options within walking distance. Overall, this hotel truly surpassed all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Abergavenny.
